ALL Coins and Currency must be returned in as-shipped condition, and in the original holder (2x2, OBW roll, tubed roll, flip or slab). Coins removed from the sealed holder will be considered sold AS IS, with NO refund (coins rolled in plastic tubes may be the exception to this rule) - disputes will be referred to ebay. Any return for a CERTIFIED coin for the stated reason of "item not as described" will NOT be accepted, as that is a functional impossibility. You may still return third-party certified items for reasons of dissatisfaction. Returns requested within 14 days of receipt will NOT be charged a restocking fee. Returns requested within 15 to 30 days will have a prorated restocking fee up to but not exceeding 10% depending upon the length of time since purchase. My opinion is that you should be able to make up your mind within 2 weeks - the restocking fee policy is in place simply to reduce buyer abuse of the return privilege. I am not an approval service, offer an honest value at the price offered, and do not work for you - if these terms are not acceptable, feel free to purchase elsewhere.
